I purchased Resmed CPAP machine from them a month back. I stay in Mumbai and their office is located in Delhi. Initially I was bit worried about the purchase and the demo needed for this machine. But they assured me not to worry and that they will arrange a person for demo from their distributor in Mumbai. I received the machine within next 2 days along with the demo. Pro Tip - If you purchase CPAP machine from your local medical shop you will have to shell out a huge money as the local shopkeepers consider the MRP Price. However, I received brand new device at a comparatively low price same as mentioned on Amazon but directly from Book Your Medi Device. They have placed their products on Amazon as well. But if you place the order directly you will get in person demo. The team is excellent in terms of clearing all the issues related to payments, delivery, demo, which device the patient should purchase after referring to doctor prescriptions etc.

Very happy . Fantastic and prompt solution they provided. I bought Philips Wisp musk set through Amazon and in the box clear frame was missing . It is a one stop solution for purchasing medical equipment. Although I didn't have a clear idea of exact specifications of the product I needed, the staff was very professional and courteous to help with selection and also helped me with installation/use. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend this over other businesses in this space which hardly give any after-sales service. Great experience!
